How can I become a TENXEX VIP?
You can become a TENXEX VIP by meeting criteria such as asset balance, 30-day average equity, borrowing amount, structured product volume, derivatives volume, spot volume, or options trading volume.
How will my trading volume be calculated?
Your trading volume for the past 30 days is updated daily and becomes available for viewing the following day. Any new VIP level unlocked during the period will apply immediately.
How will total equity under my TENXEX account be calculated?
Total equity includes eligible balances across your main account and subaccounts. Product-specific assets and open position values may be included based on platform rules.
Terms and Conditions
Institutional users and TENXEX market makers are not eligible for fee discounts from the VIP Program.
Your subaccount will have the same fee rate as your main account, but you must log into your main account to access other VIP features, such as VIP exclusive products and events.
Users who downgrade will have VIP status protection for 14 days. During the protection period, the VIP level and VIP fee discounts will remain unchanged.
All participating users must abide by the TENXEX Terms of Service.
